Holiday Magic Frequently Asked Questions - Answered!

Do I need to purchase everything on the child’s wish list?

No, you do not have to buy everything on the wish list. However, we ask that you provide a variety of items to ensure an unforgettable holiday for the child. Each list is matched once, so you are the only donor for that child. Donors are welcome to collaborate with fulfilling wish list items for one child.

Should I wrap the items I have purchased?

No. All gifts should arrive unwrapped, but labeled. Please utilize the label received upon matching to attach to your bag/box. If you forget the label provided, please be sure to mark your bag/box with Your Name, Holiday Magic, and Child’s Name. Proper labeling ensures the child with whom you’ve been matched receives their gifts.

Can I give gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards allow children to pick out and purchase items on their own. Please place gift cards in a separate envelope with the child’s name and program listed on the front.

Can I purchase gifts online and have them shipped to you?

Absolutely! With the convenience of online shopping, many of our donors are moving in this direction. Please type your name, Holiday Magic, and the child’s name on the gift receipt. This helps us sort items and ensures that the child receives their gifts as intended.

I’ve finished shopping, what do I do next?

Bring gifts to our Winter Wonderland Warehouse or Main Lobby during the times indicated above. Please attach the label received on your matching bag/box. If you forget the label provided, please mark your bag/box with your name, Holiday Magic, and child’s name. 

What is the deadline to drop off the gifts I purchase?
All gifts are due by Friday, December 8. Drop off gifts to one of the following locations on our campus between Monday, November 27-Friday, December 8.

Winter Wonderland Warehouse (near parking lot D)
Monday-Friday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

If you are delivering after 4 pm or on Saturday, please go to our main entrance during these timeframes:

Main Entrance Lobby
Monday-Friday: 4:00 – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
