Fundraising Ideas

Select one of the options below to start your personal fundraiser for Home of the Innocents.

  • Celebrate your birthday for more than one day
Consider donating to Home of the Innocents in honor of your birthday by asking friends and family to give to your fundraiser instead of buying gifts this year.
  • Honor someone special
If you’d like to recognize someone important in your life, starting a fundraiser in their honor (or memory) is an amazing way to let everyone know how much they mean to you.
  • Share your happily ever after with the Home
Celebrate your wedding by having your guests make a donation to the Home in lieu of receiving wedding gifts.
  • Run. Walk. Ride.
Use your next athletic event to encourage people who love you to give to a cause you love. Get creative and set your fundraising goal to match how many miles you are biking or steps you are walking.
  • Have yourself a meaningful holiday party
Throw a holiday party and ask each of your guests to make a small donation to the Home. What better way to celebrate the season than by supporting a great organization!
  • Make giving part of your anniversary
Commemorate the start of something beautiful with a gesture of giving. Whether you are celebrating a wedding anniversary, the launch of a company, or a family reunion, there are countless ways to incorporate philanthropy into your festivities. Ask supporters to donate $1 for every year you are observing!
  • Graduate for good
Celebrate your college graduation or another educational achievement by starting a fundraiser. Pay it forward!
  • Set a personal challenge
Grow a beard, take a dip in ice water, or set a weight loss goal. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as your friends would pay good money to see it happen. Make sure you post your progress on social media to get people pumped!
