“Fit and Fun Kids” - An Aquatic and Land program

Home of the Innocents is beginning a new program for children ages 3-18.  Classes will be divided according to age.  This is in conjunction with the Bellarmine Physical Therapy program and is developed for children, who would like to have fun while becoming more healthy.  It is a combination of an Aquatic program (swimming is not a necessity), land program and learning to make and eat healthy snacks. 

The class meets Wednesday at 4 p.m. and a second class is offered at 5 p.m.  The class runs for eight consecutive weeks, and children can enter the program any week.  The cost is $6.00 per session.

An incentive program to exercise at home will be part of the program with rewards for points earned by exercising, eating healthy snacks and class participation.  This will be an ongoing program of the Home and is open to all children in the community.
