Family Resource Specialist

8:30 am – 5:00 pm (varied – some evenings)

Full-time; Monday – Friday; Case management to provide access to community resources in the areas of housing, education, employment, mental health, and independent living skills for single young adults and families experiencing homelessness and dealing with mental health issues or related disabilities. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or related human service field. Must have at least two years of direct service experience with high-risk adolescents and families.  (position will not be available until July 1st)
