<Planned Giving>

Planned Giving has become more popular due to tax or income opportunities available to individuals. A planned gift is any gift, for any amount or purpose, that is made for income, tax, estate and financial planning considerations. In most cases, it is a gift that you make today, that the Home of the Innocents will realize following your lifetime.
Some examples of planned gifts are: bequests made in your will or trust; beneficiary designations on your IRA or retirement plans; gifts of real estate; and gifts of life insurance policies (either naming the Home as beneficiary or as owner of the policy). Also included are gifts made to HOTI in return for lifetime payments to the donor or someone of the donor’s choice (such as gift annuities or charitable remainder trusts).
This page provides our donors and advisors updated information as well as some specific areas of interest. If you wish, you may call us directly with any questions for your personal situation or kfoster@homeoftheinnocents.org
