It is important that the Home of the Innocents maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents/clients, staff, families and visitors.

As a person or organization using our facilities, we ask that the following guidelines be adhered to:

• Please sign in at the receptionist/staff desk.

• Please inform all persons (in your group) using the facility to maintain a calm and professional manner. This is to limit the impact of our visitors on the clients who live with us.

• It is imperative for the safety of our Kosair Charities Pediatric Convalescent Center children that no cell phones be in use or turned on while you are in the building. Please inform all persons in your group prior to your meeting.

• Please return the room to the condition in which you found it when you entered.

• Please notify us of any equipment needs and maintain all equipment used in good working order.

• Please do not tape signs in our facility. Please let us know if you have signage needs.

• No Alcohol is allowed at anytime on the premises.

• No Photographs can be taken at anytime of our clients. Please let us know if you have any photo needs.

If building or equipment damage occurs, please notify the Executive Assistant by leaving a voice mail at 596-1218.

If an emergency occurs, please immediately notify a Home of the Innocents staff person.
